What is the Pocket Guide?
The Pocket Guide is a smart online assistant that answers all your important questions about your vacation – in Czech and English! It helps you easily find your way around your destination, solve any complications, and get recommendations for trips and activities.

- Connecting is easy – just scan the QR code from your voucher or connect via the website.
How does it work?
After purchasing your trip, you will find a QR code on your voucher that will redirect you to the Pocket Guide page. Here, you can choose how you want to communicate with the guide – we support Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Viber, and Telegram.
What can the guide do?
- Recommend trips, attractions, and places worth visiting.
- Advise in case of complications (e.g., transfer delays).
- Provide an overview of important contacts – insurance company, embassy, travel agency.
- Arrange contact with professional guides at your destination.
When is the Czech speaking personal assistant available?
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Prague time).
- Weekends: 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
- Outside these hours, English-speaking support is available on the hotline.
