The hotel has two buildings: the main building Sol Umag 4 * and the additional building Sol Umag Residence (Depadance), located 70 meters from the main building. In clear, cloudless weather, many of the sea-side rooms offer views of the Alpine foothills. In 2017, Sol Umag became the first hotel in Istria to receive the Halal certificate.
